We understand that personal preferences can evolve, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom engraved ring. If you wish to make changes to the laser engraving on the inner diameter after placing your order, a restocking fee of $99 will apply. This fee helps cover the costs associated with adjusting and reprocessing customized items.
Please double-check your engraving details before finalizing your order to ensure accuracy. If you have any questions or concerns about the engraving, feel free to contact our customer service team before completing your purchase.
Once your custom ring is crafted and delivered to you, the same policy applies to changes in engraving. If you decide to make alterations after receiving your order, a restocking fee of $99 will be applicable.

I ordered a black ring and it showed up gray, not dark grey or charcoal, actual gray/silver like stainless steel. It looks cheap and I’m not at all happy with it. The advice from Elysium was to put some coconut oil on it. Really disappointed with such an expensive ring. It also took over 2 months to arrive. The photo on the hand is the one I ordered. Not even close.
