We ordered a few rings - at first I thought the 3D printed size rings were a great touch - until I saw how BEAUTIFUL the rings are. You can tell they are made with care and intention. The wait is worth it! Love them and would highly recommend if you’re looking for something slightly different but classy.
Absolutely no complaints. Very friendly and helpful customer service they made the ring with 18k custom for me just like I asked. The ring sizers were exact to the ring. They did take a few months to ship but they were upfront about how long it would take because of a large amount of orders at the time. They shipped it a day after their estimated date. I work construction and I am very rough on my hands it’s absolutely scratch proof so far. The cardboard box it came was the only thing that left anything to be desired. Like for 1300$ you think you atleast get a decent ring box. But hey I bought it for myself and the presentation didn’t matter to me but if a spouse was buying it they then would have to go shopping for a presentable box.
Excellent and perfect. Lasers are amazing what they can create. However, the bale provided is too small to allow a slightly thicker chain. I had to remove it and create my own.

The engraving on the all black diamond ring is hard to read. The engraving done on the platinum was misspelled. Still? Excited to be married - so we know what it means. Just would have been nice if done correctly.
Paid for the $75 engraving PLUS $225 expedited service to get it made faster for a special day. The engraving came wrong so I had to send it back and my special day was ruined. It has been weeks with no response on getting it fixed and I still do not have a ring that I paid for.

Definitely wish it was a little black it’s gray but does look sharp with the opal triangles. As my First ring I don’t have anything to compare it with but certain things like putting my gloves on or putting my hand in my pockets kinda hurts but that could be any ring but other normal activities I don’t even notice it. The plastics sizers aren’t quite the same size as the ring we received and it was a little big. Overall it’s not a bad ring. Will probably upgrade in the future.
I was sent the wrong wedding band. Customer service is extremely slow at getting back to me. The situation has yet to be remedied.
The rings are beautiful. My only complaint would be that the green inset does not look as green as the picture. We picked the green for that reason.
I've worn my ring for a couple of weeks and while it's supposed to be scratch proof; mine is definitely scratched from normal wear and tear.

They are sales men selling stories… they don’t want to help the client they want to sell you bull crap I ordered the ring in October 12%2F5 the ring barely got shipped they are blaming UPS and the problems at the Canadian border we expected better but this has been a nightmare and all the excuses they have given us has made it worse

Love the look and feel of the rings, The box however could use some work, it should be special like the ring and alas it is merely cardboard.
